Özet

A new active feedback network is proposed for amplifier linearization. The technique is analyzed theoretically and practical results demonstrate the linearization performance with two-tones, pi/4 DQPSK and WCDMA. This technique differs from available linearization techniques by performing both with narrow and wideband modulated signals. Also the linearization circuitry is simple and small in size.
