Özet

This paper evaluates the degree of web accessibility offered by higher education institution libraries of the Turkish Cypriots-controlled area and Greek Cypriots-controlled area part of the Cyprus Island. The accessibility evaluation was carried out using online automated programs to verify compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 (WCAG 2.0) Level AA published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). The results allow concluding that no academic library website in the Cyprus Island is error free.
